Our Dutch friends have received a slightly delayed Christmas present this year – our app!
“Delayed???”, you might think. Yes, because in the Netherlands Christmas presents are given on December 5th. Totally NORMAL!
A small, helpful hourglass will now remind you of the terrible thing that can happen: your streak will break if you don’t do what needs to be done before midnight.
Did you know that you automatically receive a digital receipt when your Normal-ID is scanned at the checkout?
You can find the receipt under “Good memories” on your profile page.
From now on, your digital receipt will also show whether you paid with cash or card.
It’s completely normal to have a favorite product that you buy again and again in the app shop – but you also need to remember to pick it up in our stores. That’s why you can’t buy a Freebie in the app if you already have a valid, uncollected voucher for the same product.
But don’t worry: as soon as you’ve collected your Freebie in-store, you can buy a new Freebie in the app again. And remember, the limitation only applies to the same product.
